Hang Up's
* When the recording is hang-up please make sure to send a follow-up SMS to the client.

Disconnected Call
*Make to call the client back.
*If you are not able to reach the customer back. Please send a follow-up SMS.
Template:
Hi (Name), this is Maria/ Julie your Booking Manager from GET Global. I apologize that the call was disconnected. What time will you be available for a callback?
III.
Missed Calls:
*Make sure to make a callback.
*If ever you were not able to reach the customer back, please send a follow-up SMS message.
